Koji Shiroshita & Mifuku will be participating in the exhibition “ZERO COMMUNE vol.4 feat. Hyper geek” held at ZERO-SITE Takanawa Gateway, a newly opened venue in Takanawa Gateway.

We will be presenting a new work created specifically for this exhibition, titled “Drawing on Space: Takanawa Gateway.”

Artwork Statement
“Drawing on Space” is a drawing project that treats VR devices as a medium and utilizes space itself as the support. By imposing site-specific physical constraints on drawings that inherently have no mass and can appear anywhere due to the nature of digital data, the project paradoxically attempts to form a tangible presence as a painting.

For the NEO-CITY ART EXHIBITION, we have created and presented a work that can only exist within the venue of ZERO-SITE. As this site-specific work depends entirely on ZERO-SITE—a venue that exists only until July 31—it will cease to exist after that date, despite being composed of digital data that would normally never decay.
